NEW YORK

ACTION SPORTS

Inner Warrior: Transform your body and find your Inner Strength, Inner Core and with that you Inner Warrior with this yoga fused martial arts fitness class, open for all levels. Fun, challenging and empowering. Inner warrior works your mind body and takes you to a new dimension within your fitness level.

Indoboarding: Whether you’re into skateboarding, snowboarding or just want to tone your lower half, this class will help to increase your balance, coordination and strength using the Indo Board.

Second Wind Ride: This new Ride class will help you to push beyond your limits by incorporating “truo2,” oxygen-enriched air in a spray can. This extra oxygen will increase your stamina and give you added energy for serious pedal pushing.

CHILL OUTS

Smart Pilates: Use the Gym Stick to bring your body’s alignment to perfection as you do standing and floor core movements. The Gym Stick helps create Pilates movements that are usually done on the reformer and the Cadillac.

P.O.S.E.S.: This class uses each of the key elements of yoga: power, oxygen, strength, enlightenment and stillness for relaxation, for a well-rounded practice from start to finish.

Yoga Body Sculpt: This strength-building Vinyasa flow class focuses on sculpting your buns and thighs while flattening your belly and strengthening your core. This workout is based on Crunch’s latest hot video.

Vinyasa Heat: Turn it up a notch with powerful yoga in a heated room. Generate holistic energy while performing a series of flowing Vinyasa postures.

DANCE RHYTHMS

Latin Ballroom Series - The Tango: In this class you’ll learn the sexy basics of a sexy dance: the tango (both the American and Argentine versions) and get a great cardiovascular workout in the process.

Crunch Dance Crew: You’ve seen the TV show, now strut your own stuff in this dance crew style class. Participants will be divided into teams to learn a different choreographed hip hop routine each week. The winning teams’ performance will be posted on YouTube and shown at Crunch locations.

Free Zone: Learn the intricate freestyle hand, arm, and leg movements of “waving” and “gliding” in this choreographed calorie-burning class. This free fluid movement contrasts with popping and locking.

CHICAGO

ACTION SPORTS

Triathlon Training: This class is designed to get you ready, both mentally and physically, to compete in the swim/bike/run. The instructor will help prepare you for race day with mini-triathlon scenarios and helpful tips on endurance racing.

Cardio Tai Burn: In this Cardio Tai boxing class you’ll sculpt your upper body by combining four basic punches with light hand weights.

Cycology: This is a Ride class that emphasizes the development of mental toughness by forcing you to perform drills without the benefit of music to motivate you.

Spectrum Yoga: Spectral Journeys leads you through a meditative yoga class in a room illuminated with a rainbow of colors to enhance your focus on each of the seven chakras. Emerge from this mental and physical workout feeling restored and centered.

Powerball Pilates: Fusing the free-flowing resistance movements of the Bosu Ballast Ball with traditional Pilates matwork, this class will tone, strengthen and increase flexibility.

DANCE RHYTHMS

Ballroom Blitz: Sashay the floor like Fred & Ginger in this new heart-pumping, cardio class that combines classic ballroom formulas like swing, meringue and foxtrot. No partner necessary.

Dirty Dancing: Learn choreography from this classic movie that’s now a hit on the Chicago stage. Cast members from the show will be stopping by to teach you the moves you need to become the next Johnny and Baby.

ATLANTA

ACTION SPORTS

10 Spot: This class will have you running from the boxing ring to the fitness studio and all points in between, performing a combination of 10 different exercises that will increase both your strength and endurance, all in a circuit format. Be warned: routines will change each week to keep you on your toes.

Gridiron: Hut hut hike! Learn to punt, pass, and kick like the pros in this mock football practice workout that provides total body conditioning to get you in shape for the big game. This class will teach you the skills you need to become an NFL All-star.

Eco Yoga: Yoga gone green! Perform traditional postures on 100% natural Earth Element mats provided by Hugger Mugger with candlelight and live music for an earth-friendly experience unlike any other. Learn helpful hints each week to keep you green aware.

DANCE RYTHMS

Afro-Brazilian Dance: Learn the dances of Africa and Brazil in this high energy cardio workout accompanied by live drummers.

MIAMI

ACTION SPORTS

Rack-it up: This sports-specific class focuses on improving strength, flexibility and endurance to improve your favorite racket game.

Behind Bars: Use the body bar as a prop to strengthen and tone abs in this hardcore class.

Surfboarding: Get ready to hit the waves! Using the BOSU Balance Trainer and Gliding Discs, a multitude of surfing skills will be introduced, practiced and perfected leaving your body toned and ready for the athlete in you to spring into action.

Sunrise Yoga: Start your day off right with Yoga! Postures known as asanas dynamically flow together to strengthen, stretch and relax.

LOS ANGELES

Sweat Box: Take your cardio workout to the next level with this class that combines intervals of calorie- burning boxing with muscle toning. The specially-designed shadow boxing equipment is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Baby Steps: This class will introduce you to the fundamental movements of a step class and have you going “over the top” and “around the world” in no time.

Mash Up: This class is one part cardio and one part sculpting all set to the soundtrack of a live DJ playing nothing but mash-ups.

Urban Boot Camp: We’ve put an urban twist on a traditional boot camp class. Hit the streets and work the hills in this hardcore indoor/outdoor combo class.

Power Paddle: Whether you’re an expert kayaker, planning a weekend adventure, or just want to build a better upper body, this is the workout for you. Focus on the arms, back, shoulders and core in this strength training class.
